Thank you for considering this opportunity with our team. With more than two decades in the consulting and education space, we have built lasting partnerships with over 1,000 clients across Korea and internationally.

We are expanding our team of Canada-based Adult ESL Instructors to keep pace with growing enrollment. There is also room to grow into leadership roles, plus access to our youth education stream.

Choose full-time or part-time scheduling in the mornings or afternoons. Student caseloads are matched to your personal availability. This is stable, ongoing, fully remote work with long-term potential, and full training and lesson materials are provided at no cost.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging online Adult ESL lessons using the provided lesson materials
  • Present professionally and clearly on camera in a virtual classroom setting
  • Maintain dependable and punctual attendance for assigned classes
  • Adapt availability when schedules shift for Daylight Saving Time
  • Communicate promptly and professionally with students and the instructional team

What will help you succeed

  • Fluent, clear English communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
  • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree
  • Comfortable presenting on camera in a classroom setting
  • Stable wired high-speed internet connection; Wi-Fi is not accepted
  • Working webcam and headset
  • At least 15 hours per week of availability within the core windows: Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 PM–8:00 PM ET; Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM–11:00 AM ET
  • Dependable, punctual, and ready to start right away
  • Comfortable shifting schedule to accommodate Daylight Saving Time
