E-commerce Specialist

About the opportunity

Corpwell Capital is hiring a full-time E-commerce Specialist for an on-site role in Brampton, Ontario. Recruitment is managed by WellSpoke HR.

You’ll manage day-to-day online store operations, keep product information accurate, coordinate promotions and use store data to improve the shopping experience.

Applications are reviewed by people. The application includes job-related questions that help prioritize review. Selected candidates may be invited to a Zoom or on-site interview with Mr. Khaira.

Responsibilities

• Maintain product listings, collections, pricing, descriptions and images across online storefronts.
• Coordinate product launches, promotions and storefront updates with marketing and operations.
• Monitor online orders, inventory availability and customer experience. Coordinate fixes for fulfilment or returns issues.
• Track traffic, conversion, sales and product performance. Turn findings into practical improvements.
• Improve product-page content, on-site search and merchandising. Check that checkout and promotional changes work as intended.

What will help you succeed

• Hands-on experience managing an online store using Shopify, WooCommerce or an equivalent platform.
• Experience maintaining product catalogues and using e-commerce analytics to improve sales or conversion.
• Ability to manage product data accurately and work with spreadsheets or store reporting tools.
• Clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to coordinate work across teams.
• Availability for full-time, on-site work in Brampton, with accommodation if needed.
