Social Media Specialist

About the opportunity

Corpwell Capital is hiring a full-time Social Media Specialist for an existing on-site vacancy in Brampton, Ontario. Recruitment is managed by WellSpoke HR.

You will lead day-to-day social media execution, create content, develop campaigns and report on results. The role combines hands-on production with strategy, analytics and collaboration with management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create graphics, photography, promotional videos, reels and short-form content.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Maintain a content calendar and publish consistently across channels.
• Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries and support online community management.
• Plan campaigns to increase brand awareness, traffic, engagement and lead generation.
• Track analytics, report on performance and recommend improvements.
• Research industry trends and competitors, and collaborate with management on campaigns, events and promotions.
• Maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.

What will help you succeed

• Professional experience in social media management, digital marketing or content creation.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent tools, and experience producing and editing short-form video.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with social media analytics, engagement metrics and campaign reporting.
• Availability to work full-time on-site in Brampton.
• Preferred: Relevant diploma or degree, experience with commercial brands, and familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, paid social advertising or SEO.
